Install from the official store
Do not use APK files, chat links, or profiles that imitate the brand. Verify the developer and domain.
Limit permissions
Review access to contacts, photos, microphone, and location. An unnecessary permission is a reason to stop and ask for an explanation.
Do not post your case with identifiers
In open groups, avoid sharing your INE, disclosure sheet, contract number, phone, CLABE, address, or screenshots with visible data.
