Know what you are buying.

Edition and price

Each purchase identifies a specific research edition or service period. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. One-time purchases do not renew automatically. Draft editions cannot be purchased.

Delivery

For released downloadable reports, files are delivered by the payment provider after confirmed payment. Keep the receipt to recover your downloads. The Team service will remain unavailable until its delivery calendar and access arrangements are ready.

Use of research

Purchase permits internal use by the buying company within the stated seat allowance. It does not grant rights to republish or resell paid research or third-party datasets. Existing rights in openly licensed source material remain unaffected.

Research limits

Coverage, methods and dates are part of the report. Public product disclosures and estimated digital signals do not establish market share, lending outcomes or future performance. Research is not a guarantee or a recommendation to lend or borrow.

Delivery problems and refunds

If a file cannot be delivered, a charge is duplicated, or the delivered edition materially differs from its description, use the support details on the payment receipt to request correction or a refund. Applicable statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Refunds revoke future download access where supported; previously downloaded files cannot be technically recalled.

Payment information

Checkout and payment details are handled by the payment provider. This website uses a short-lived signed receipt to verify your order; it does not store card details.
